PPLM provides service in a wide spread of Central Virginia areas, including Chester, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Prince George, Hopewell, Fort Lee, Petersburg, Richmond, Hanover, Henrico, Powhatan, Amelia, and others. Our service include, but are not limited to, fertilization, core aeration, overseeding, mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, leaf removal, weed control, and commercial snow plowing.
Meet Our Family
JimmyOur business’s founding owner and President has over 20 years of experience in full service lawn care. When he first established PPLM, Jimmy’s goal was to create a company that offered unparalleled service in high end turf management and lawn treatment. Over 10 years later, he is proud to see that ambition reached, but he still strives to continue expanding our company’s ability to produce RVA's best lawn care results. Jimmy keeps the PPLM machine well oiled behind the scenes now, but he can still often be seen in the field talking one on one with clients to make sure that every job is being done to their satisfaction. In his spare time, Jimmy enjoys camping, bowling, and competitive cornhole.
LisaPPLM’s scheduling and billing is primarily managed by Lisa, our Vice President and co-founder. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in account management, and her organization and focus keep both our crews as well as our family in line and on time! She can be reached in our office by email anytime a client has a question regarding invoicing or a complicated schedule. Lisa also has an awesome understanding of ornamental planting and care that allows us to easily coordinate with clients on special landscaping projects and educate our crew members on proper growth management. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys camping, bowling, and cake design.
BrandynThe oldest son of Jimmy and Lisa and one of PPLM's owners, Brandyn has been working in the field for PPLM since day one. Brandyn is the head of our fertilization division, the developer of our revolutionary turf management program, and the force behind our new outdoor pest control services. On top of having over 10 years of experience in full service lawn care, Brandyn has been certified in professional fertilization for several years and has a mastery of the cutting edge products and methods used in the industry across the country. Whether he’s applying a lawn treatment or following up with a client's question, Brandyn utilizes extensive knowledge to make sure every client understands the care their yard is receiving. In his spare time, Brandyn enjoys bowling, go-karting, and travel.
CaetyPPLM's Director of Marketing & Sales Caety spearheads most of our written and recorded content that is used for our thorough client education and communication. A former sales representative for PPLM with education in English and communication, she loves to be able to constantly learn about the fine points of turf management and pass that knowledge along to our clients. Caety is an active part of PPLM's online presence by being the chief contributor to our weekly blog posts, our YouTube channel, and our Facebook page. She enjoys having a strong relationship with many of our clients and building a network with other leading turf management professionals across the country. In her spare time, Caety enjoys hiking, reading, and axe throwing.
RogerRoger has been with PPLM for several years and is our star Sales and Account Representative. Roger has experience with PPLM working as the head of our maintenance division and helping with our fertilization services, giving him a diverse knowledge base that makes him excellent in helping clients find the best services for them. With a military background and strong family values, Roger exemplifies our company’s founding principles to provide every client with the careful attention and professional enthusiasm that is expected. Roger sees every experience as a learning opportunity and works very hard to continually improve the experience of every PPLM customer. In his spare time, Roger enjoys his faith, his family, and making music.
